All the nurses are very kind and patient. Appreciate how busy the centre is but they still make you feel listened to and cared for.

Sometimes quite a wait for appointments but I've had to go for something urgent a few times and have been seen straight away.

I have been with the clinic for years and have also received responsive and good care and feel listened to which is crucial for patients.
